The new forms feature the blue VvE logo. Even if your proposed application was previously approved, the completed program must be submitted on the new form.<\/p>\n<p>For proposed programs, course descriptions can be submitted to support the content of the training program. Evidence (e.g. certificates and transcripts) confirming succesful completion of individual components of the training program should only be submitted once the training program has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>Check whether your training is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epidemiologie.nl\/en\/registration\/epidemiology-training-and-educators\/\"><strong>recognised<\/strong><\/a> and fill it in correctly.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: The form must be completed in full (digitally), without references or links.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Please contact one of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epidemiologie.nl\/en\/registration\/epidemiology-training-and-educators\/\"><strong>Recognised Epidemiology Educators\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>and discuss your program with him\/her. This list is not yet complete and will be supplemented in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>You can submit your request via wetransfer.com or other download service (please use the mail address: secretariaat@epidemiologie.nl). If it is not possible to submit a request in this way, please contact the VvE secretariat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>After submitting<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>You will receive a confirmation of receipt from the secretariat within 5 working days, stating when your request will be dealt with. You will also receive information on how to pay the registration fee. The registration fee must be received by the VvE prior to the relevant CTB meeting.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not receive the confirmation of receipt, please contact the secretariat.<\/p>\n<p>Your registration application will be reviewed by the CTB at the CTB meeting. You will receive an email from the committee within five weeks of this meeting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Deadlines<\/h2>\n<div>Registration takes place via the VvE.
